Following a successful tender exercise, we were appointed by Savills Building & Consultancy Ltd. as the main contractor to undertake this work on behalf of their client.
We were contracted to manage and co-ordinate the construction works, which would see us use our own direct labour and where necessary sub-contractors.
About The Property
The property is located in an industrial estate in the city of Dundee.
The Client Brief
The works involved the internal and external refurbishment of the existing car showroom including offices, associated repair centre, MOT bays and adjacent paint spray workshop. External works included drainage repairs, resurfacing and white lining of the existing car park.

All sub-contractors are all personally vetted by us, to ensure that any work they undertake on our behalf is completed to the same high standards that we have built our reputation on.
This particular project saw us bring together our own direct labour and a wide variety of specialist sub-contractors in order to ensure that we successfully handed back the completed job to the client on time and on budget.

We pride ourselves on our communication skills and ensured that our client was kept fully informed at all times as to what stage their project was at and how the refurbishment works were progressing.
We were careful to minimise disruption to the client at all times, but where there were aspects of the project where there were large levels of noise or disruption, the client was informed of this in advance.
We are pleased to say that due to the care and attention we put into this project, the client was extremely satisfied with the completed project.
