We were initially engaged to undertake work for the client on their call centre operation in Glasgow, relating to the fit-out of their office space.
After being impressed with the quality of our workmanship and professional approach, we were subsequently appointed to their preferred contractors list and then undertook a number of small works projects throughout many of their car dealerships, across their branch network.
For each of the small works projects we undertook on behalf of the client, we have ensured that all works have been completed on time and on budget and that they have all been finished to an extremely high standard.

We project managed all the necessary works pertaining to this contract and ensured the smooth flow of materials that were needed to meet the required timescales for the small works.
All sub-contractors are all personally vetted by us, to ensure that any work they undertake on our behalf is completed to the same high standards that we have built our reputation on.
This particular project saw us bring together our own direct labour and a wide variety of specialist sub-contractors in order to ensure that we successfully handed back the completed job to the client on time and on budget.

In the case of the small works required by our client, Lookers, the works had to be undertaken quickly and to a high standard as the sites were still in use by staff and their customers.
We are pleased to say that due to the care and attention we put into this project, the client was so satisfied with the initial completed project on their call centre that we were subsequently placed on their preferred supplier list.
